Founded in 2018, Shenzhen Yonghongda Technology company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Committee in December 2021. At the beginning of its establishment, we mainly engaged in the assembly and production of automated brush making equipment. Now, it has developed into a full chain comprehensive supplier, the business covers research and development, production, sales, and technical maintenance of various types of automated brush making equipment. Product sales and technical service customers are distributed across the country and exported in countries such as Italy, Japan, India, Indonesia, Morocco, etc.

Yonghongda adhere to innovation-driven, win-win cooperation. Currently it has 8 engineers who work on exploration and production in the brush making equipment industry more than 20 years. After rapid technical development and accumulation since the establishment of the company, the company have applied for a total of 12 patents, including 2 invention patents, 10 new utility patents, and 8 industry-leading technologies as of August 2023. Yonghongda have introduced well-known brand machine brand from industries such as Japan Mori Precision, Taiwan Zhongcheng, and Taiwan Yawei Machine Tool in Manufacturing workshop, ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes. The company now have deeply participated in the research and production for companies like Usmile Smile Plus, Xiaomi, Saky, Prooral,Bayer, Roman, Konka, Philips, Procter&Gamble.

Main products: Fully automatic irregular hole tooth brush integrated machine

Equipment features:

1. Adopting fully automatic feeding mode, one worker is able to operate multiple devices, which greatly saving labor costs for enterprises.
2. With independently developed multi-station rotary processing platform, it makes easily to achieve 360-degree rotation processing of a hair planting single product.
3. The device can support trichromatic and curved toothbrush hair grafting, completing the processing of various irregular toothbrushes designed by customers.

4. The equipment adopts modular design, compact structure, simple operation, convenient transfer of models, and convenient maintenance.

5. The equipment is equipped with dual shaped knives, and five to eight diamond grinding discs can be freely matched, suitable for customers' various shapes and requirements of toothbrush products.
6. The equipment is equipped with a unique brush polishing disc, which can easily handle the burr polishing process after brush polishing.
7. The equipment is equipped with an independently developed automatic electrostatic dust removal device to deal with residual dust after brush polishing and polishing.

6. The servo fixed length pneumatic cutting structure can accurately cut the length of the brush body.
