The PTt is available in a variety of levels of automation
Since the introduction of the revolutionary PTt technology, the toothbrush industry has shown a massive interest. Many machines were built over the recent years, and Boucherie has brought this new concept to full fruition, as well as developed a solid experience with the technology.
具有变革意义的 PTt 技术自问世以来,就引起了牙刷行业极大的兴趣。近年来,许多机器随之诞生,Boucherie成功地实践了这一新概念,并积累了丰富的技术经验。
When brushes are made with this revolutionary technology, handles with conventional pre‐cored holes for the tufts are used. Pre‐endrounded filaments are picked and arranged in a pattern of tufts with a certain geometry and topography. The filaments of each individual tuft are fixed together by melting the ends together on one side. These masses of molten filament material are eventually fixed into the pre‐molded holes in the toothbrush head, by means of a combination of pressure ( P), temperature ( T) during a certain time (t).
当采用该技术生产牙刷时,使用的是传统带有预注塑孔的刷柄。预磨过圆的刷丝按设计被组成一定几何形状的簇状,每簇刷丝的底端经熔化而将一根根刷丝固定在一起。这些熔化的毛束最终在一定压力(P)、一定温度(T)下,经过一定时间(t)后固定在牙刷头的预注塑孔中。
The product design advantages offered by PTt are very important :
‐ Because there are no head plates and no anchors, the PTt technology allows a very narrow space between the tufts and the edge of the head as well as reduced investments ( fewer molds) and a simpler production process.
‐ TPE ( “rubber”) cleaning elements between the tufts, on the outside or on the back of the head (tongue cleaner), are possible.
‐ The widest range of handle materials can be used, including transparent materials.
‐ Angled tufts are possible, in length‐, width or a combined direction
‐ The toothbrush head can be very thin, typically at least one millimeter thinner than a conventional toothbrush, which makes for a very ergonomic toothbrush head.
PTt技术所带来的产品设计优势至关重要:
由于没有头片和锚片,PTt技术缩小了刷毛孔至牙刷边缘的空间,也降低了成本(减少了头片模具用量),简化了生产过程。

‐ The tuft topography can be complex, with extreme length differences, with the same end‐rounding quality for the longer, the shorter filaments or the obliquely configured filaments. For this technology, this does not have any complexity‐ or cost implications : there are no hard to maintain profiled trimming devices, there are no spreading systems as there are for conventional tufting technology.
刷毛的形状可以很复杂,可以长短不一,但无论是长丝、短丝或斜丝,其端圆的质量都很高。该技术并不复杂,也不会增加成本:没有难以维护的修毛装置,也没有传统技术所需的分毛系统。

Tapered filaments can be processed, also in combination with standard cylindrical filaments.

Tufts of the most varied sizes and shapes can be combined. The PTt machine is available as a manually loaded machine, or with all the automation features that will cut down your labor cost factor: automatic handle feeders, automatic fiber loading systems, 5‐colour fibrebox, hotstamping, decal stamping, laser coding, … et cetera, all the way to integrated packaging or palletizing。
不同尺寸和形状的刷毛可任意组合。PTt机器分为手动操作版和能够降低人工成本的自动操作版:刷柄自动放置器、刷毛自动输送系统、5种颜色的毛箱、烫金、印花、激光编码等等,直到一体化的包装或托盘包装。
